    Good quality. Exactly what was described. The seller packaged this item well. UPS delivered the box in rough shape ,but when I opened the box, the item was not damaged because the seller added enough protection around the fragile item. Seller's communication was great. Unfortunately, his store was impacted by the LA fires& inventory was impacted. He was able to update me on supply & when UPS gave conflicting information on tracking, the seller was able to give me the correct information.

    The item got delivered to the wrong address and this was an error of the courier not the seller. The seller was quick with responding and willing to send me a replacement if the item would not arrive. The seller also took the time to explain this to me which I appreciate very much. Thank you!

    Shipping was quick and salt came in separate bags, which was very convenient. It also shipped in three packages due to the way, which was very convenient for bringing it into my home.
