We inspect every piece of slate we sell and determine whether or not that spot if there could affect the sound quality. If we determine that it possibly could affect the performance of the slate, we do not send them out. We base that upon our experience in selling 1000s + of slate and building calls ourselves.

Well I contacted the buyer and they give me what I needed, though they didnt have to. They are very polite people and the product is spot on. It came in brand new packaging, and was well worth the cost.
