Ask questions, repeatedly if necessary. I purposefully purchased this lot of phones because the seller stated that the phones included power adapters. I chose this listing because I could save a few bucks. I was very disappointed to later find out that he didn't have the adapters...he made the situation right, but it was still a hard lesson to learn.
