Even contacted Takamine USA office in San Francisco - no luck. Finally found Addicted to Tone and this 'Pro Series' upgrade. Part fits and works perfectly, and is definitely much thicker and stronger than the original 'G Series' jack (mine had failed). Bill at Addicted to Tone is a wealth of information on all things Takamine. Highly recommend this product and the seller. BTW, it arrived promptly with savings from combined shipping
