TLER (time-limited error recovery) can stabilize and prevents fallout common to desktop servers.This third generation dynamic read write head's fly height is adjusted in real time for optimum and consistent reliability. Ordered 7 drives, all came packed incredibly well, and even though one was bad (they're used, it's expected) the seller replied extremely quickly and sent a new drive no questions asked, and provided a shipping label to send the defective one back. Upon receiving the new one, it works perfectly and my server is happy again! Overall an amazing experience.
