There were a lot of email communications and updates, which was excellent. The tires were sent in a plastic bag, not a box. Nevertheless, they arrived in perfect shape - no punctures or damage. Being cheap rubber, they smell as awful, but the odor was expected, so it's not really a complaint. They were in new, pristine condition. I'd trust the seller with future purchases.

After 6 days record indicated it has been delivered but I haven’t received anything. After seven emails finally I got refund and that is only because of eBay protection, otherwise I am pretty sure I wouldn’t get refund, I know that because of sellers attitude. If things goes wrong in delivery, you have to waste more of your time to get your money back, never mind the hassle.

I contacted seller with photo and a new box was quickly despatched. Very good value for money. Delivery became a saga. EVRI re-scheduled their notified day saying the parcel was larger than they had expected - and it would need specialised delivery organising. I then had fears it would be a complete water butt - not just a base. When it arrived several days later it was just the base - in a very small car.

Only problem is it has holes in the base i think they're ventilation holes or something but i needed it to be waterproof as described (it is waterproof apart from the holes). Seller was very helpful and offered a return but my dog claimed it before I put it back in box 🤣 so I've kept it and she loves it, she looks nice and cozy with her bedding in.. Fantastic communication. Fast dispatch and delivery. Well packaged. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend 5🌟plastic waterproof pet bed dog cat heavy duty bed (#325433105223)
