The last one I ordered arrived damaged, and the seller refunded the price right away based on the photo I sent without requiring me to return it. Great customer service!

With that being said I think that if they strapped it to the backside of an elk it might have gotten here faster, Canadian Post sucks, USPS sucks, and Customs in between sucks too. Knowing what I know now i would still buy again because shipping was free and the product is cool. A++
