Thanks for taping the whiskers so they would stay in place during transit and also for informing me all along his journey where he was and that he had arrived, so I went right out to the mail. Shipping and delivery were very fast-18 days. Great service!!

They've been in contact regularly and have now issued a refund and an apology for the inconvenience. If only Australia post had been half as good with communication and service this would have been easy. Please consider if buying from the UK, but please do not let that stop you considering Stuffed With Plush Toys - Thank you team, you've been great to deal with and handled this brilliantly.
