I chose Senville over lesser quality units based on the reviews and value, The heat pumps are said to exceed other similar units. All shipping was thru FedEx Freight which delivered in excellent condition and appearance. Have not installed yet, so can’t comment on reliability or installation. Will recommend retaining an HVAC tech to pull the system vac and open the Freon. I have the equipment but want the warranty. Great purchase !!

Looking for great service and great price this is the company. Have been retired from Electrical Maintenance and HVACR work for 45 plus years these units are very well made. Excellent instructions, easy install really enjoy the Inverter regulating the energy draw. Both units are up and running now!!!

I’ve installed 6 of these in the last 18 months for myself and immediate family members. All the A/C equipment you need for the installation is included. $125 worth of tools I didn’t have and the rest was easy.

Friday the unit was delivered to my home but I was not home so on Monday FedEx delivered the product. I thought I had awesome service from E-Bay and FedEx. Happy with service and delivery time.

There were three 3 boxes shrink-wrapped together on a lightweight skid for a gross weight of 154 lbs. FedEx dispatch called to inquire if I had any lifting equipment. As a resident, I did not. They called Senville to request an additional charge for a lift gate truck delivery , which they graciously accepted . In my case, it wasn't necessary as delivery driver and I removed the shrink wrap an unloaded the boxes easily into the back of my truck.
