Not a person I should ever liken to do business with again! *Look closely at the necklace, you can plainly see from where the bead has come. I did not sell item as turquoise apparently it is from other pictures. I suggested they start a return they did not. They wanted me to give them money back. I ship all types of glass items even overseas. You need to be the judge of this one, it was also wrapped in bubble wrap and double boxed with paper. I take shipping seriously. Most of my items are vintage. I respect my Items and their history.
