    Excellent transaction. The item arrived undamaged and in the condition the seller described in the listing. However, There was a minor tear in the bubble mailer. we had a terrible amount of rain during delivery. Thankfully, the delivery person put a plastic bag around this item to prevent it getting wet, saving the item. If the seller didn't put those two pieces of cardboard in-between the item, it surely would have been ruined. Just a word of caution for future sales. Thank you so much!

    Quality is excellent... However, Hallmark packaging has the closed captions logo on the back (CC), but usually there are no captions. Definitely not the fault of the seller.
