They were helpful and communicative when I had a question, and shipped the records promptly. The discs were boxed safely and clearly marked as fragile, and the seller bundled the four records per my request; refunding a difference in shipping cost. The records were graded correctly, and if anything, play a little better than expected. Could not ask for a better experience
