Synopsis
Based on the Parable of the Good Samaritan in Luke 10:30-37, this is the perfect book to help teach children about courage, kindness, and mercy. Princess Charity's Courageous Heart tells the story of a courageous but impulsive princess. Charity does not understand why she and her sisters are not allowed to go near Monument Hill and Sir Richard's land. So while out riding her horse Daisy she sees a young boy get thrown from his horse and doesn't know what to do, since she is very near the forbidden borderland. Charity wants to help him but knows that her father, the king, will be so upset with her. As she watches people ride by the hurt boy, ignoring him, she makes a brave decision to ride to him and help Charity brings the young stranger back to the castle to nurse him back to health and soon learns the true meaning of charity and mercy.     Item was shipped quickly, and was securely packaged. Items was in at least as good a condition as described; it may actually be in better condition than described, as the book looks almost new and unread. Given the great condition of the book, the price was an exceptional value. Furthermore, I made contact with the seller with a query; and, they got back to me very quickly, and were able to answer all my questions. Overall, a great transaction.     The book arrived as described and as pictured. It shipped quickly, but was shipped in only a plastic bag mailer, so not much protection. I will also forewarn, the seller does not answer questions about the specific condition of a book. I know because I asked if two different books had any writing in the margins and received the same pre-generated response both times declining to answer. Despite this, I would still recommend this seller if you are willing to shoulder that risk buying used books
