It arrived in less than five days after I placed my order, and they kept me updated throughout every step of the process, which I really appreciated. The packaging was also impressive. They added cardboard cutouts around the CD case to prevent damage. The condition was perfect. The CD was new, exactly as described, and it plays beautifully.
