I had noticed my tracking info was not changing so I contacted the seller. They responded promptly and contacted FedEx and determined the packaged was lost. The seller immediately sent out a replacement which I received within a week to the US. Product came well packaged. Authentic part, just as described. Will do business with again.

Shipping from China to US will always take long, but it actually showed up about a week faster than originally quoted.
