This is NOT correct. It's 35 inches, which is a size XS bust measurement. I think the value is about what I paid for it. ? care was given the item before it was placed in a baggy for shipping. Still had the thrift store green tag on, so not cleaned by eBay's requirements before shipping. Maybe seller had an off day, or maybe they aren't careful. It makes a difference what address you use. Anyway, not knowing how it was shipped, I used the one I use most. Unfortunately, it was the wrong address to use. Long story short, it went back to her, she was awesome, reimbursed me, then I reordered them and I just received them!
