Would’ve received it within 4 days of winning the auction but we had some hiccups with UPS that caused a delay. The customer service with Jum Pawn went above and beyond to help me track down my package! It was packed extremely well and the guitar was in even better condition than described! There is no way I could’ve found this bass, in this condition, anywhere else, for the price I paid! Thank you so much guys!! Look forward to more business with you!! A+++++

There was an issue with UPS and the tracking. 3 days after the order UPS still said they didn't have the package, seller responded very quickly to let me know this was an issue with UPS, and they were right. UPS ended up providing me the wrong tracking info and sellerI contacted them and fixed it.
