I have a couple other jars I bought from a valid retailer and compared them by color and smell and these ones smell like lotion and the color was darker than the one's I'm already using and I questioned the seller but was told they get them off Amazon. As we said we do purchase our items from Amazon pallets through liquidation. There are many brands of Bee Venom with many different companies that make the product. All products will be a little different in consistency and smell depending on all the ingredients in the lotion/salve. I resell items, not manufacture them. There will be inconsistencies.
