The seller has been brilliant, which is far more than can be said for EVRI. He has been trying to get an answer from EVRI to no avail.DO NOT USE EVRI. The seller has issued a full refund, has now lost an item and I've not got a Banjo.Tanglewood Union Series Banjo TB18MG (#205531915462)
