Seller failed to mention it beforehand, so I paid nearly $700 in surprise duties (24% for $800+). While duties/tax is a fluid issue (our Prez keeps changing), a heads-up would've been nice. Despite this, service was otherwise top-notch. Still a good value. I'll chalk it up as a positive experience, given the overall experience and usual goodwill of Japanese sellers.

I placed an offer on my bag and the seller responded within a short period of time with a counter, which was reasonable so I accepted. 10 out of 10! I’ll definitely order from this seller again.
