I contacted the seller because the item had a small tear in the leather on the shoulder area and zippers were discolored. I sent pictures and told a video could be sent at request. The seller used a usps priority envelope (which carries its own shipping rate) with a usps ground shipping label. Post office flagged the item and was going to charge me $12 additional for the shipping discrepancy. The package sat flagged at my post office for a week before I convinced them to release it to me. When I told the seller he told me usps was wrong.
