I sent three reasonable offers (no more than $3 less than their asking price), and they declined every one until I sent an offer for only 50 cents less. That one they accepted and that was more out of curiosity than desire for the item. If they wanted to sell it for basically the asking price, then they shouldn't be listing it with an 'or best offer' option. Shipping was also slow. But the item came exactly as described, so that's good.
