  Ordered 5 lights at $32 each. The seller never shipped the item, they created a tracking number but never posted the package. When I asked about the delay, they then lied that to me that the couriers lost the item. They then relisted the items for $111.24 each, resold them to someone else and then cancelled my ordered without communication. They took days to respond to messages, and even then, they didn't answer any questions I had. The single worst experience I've ever had with an online seller

  seller got in touch to say anode wasnt in good condition and was therefore not sent. this was not a problem. seller returned money without me having to go through ebay. their communication was very good and money was returned without any issue.

  Incorrect item delivered. Poor communication and even worse customer service to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Being asked to chase them up in 1-2 days and then being asked to wait for a while so the supplier can look into the issue isn’t acceptable, as the customer I should not be asked to wait or chase for them to resolve the issue. Would advise not to purchase from them.
