It is exactly as described. The price was similar to the price I paid for the original. The shipping cost more than usual due to size and fragility. My original one was well packaged with fitted styrofoam in the box. The seller shipped it via Fed Ex in only the original packaging, not even an outside box or a notice of fragile. Within the original box we added extra padding and bubble wrap to protect the glass dispenser as we have found in the past this is the most effective way to ensure that the glass does not become damaged.
