SAILOR MOON runs on the premise that there are a number of ordinary fourteen year-old girls running around who have magical powers. In these first two episodes, one such girl realizes that she is really Sailor Moon, and that there are other Sailor girls out there with whom she can pretend to be a cute little sailor scout, but really battle evil. A Japanese series that was aimed at younger girls there, in the US it has become something of a hit with older boys... I think that kitty on the cover is trying to say something.
