This is NOT correct. It's 35 inches, which is a size XS bust measurement. I think the value is about what I paid for it. ? care was given the item before it was placed in a baggy for shipping. Still had the thrift store green tag on, so not cleaned by eBay's requirements before shipping. Maybe seller had an off day, or maybe they aren't careful. Either way not great but I'll fix it up!
