Is this consumer obligation or eBay or the seller obligation? Real cost in USA is $8-10 per box but It cost me $102 ~AU$163 at the time of purchase. No comments on quality if stuffs.

They quickly and professionally refunded my account. Problems do occur, from time to time. I'm happy to say the seller runs a reputable business and took care of things in the end.
