Tried many programs, command prompts and disk management and couldn't find the drive. Contacted seller who helped me try to sort the issue out but we came to agreement of returning the item, definitely recommend seller for the help just maybe it broke in the post or something

I had cancelled a return request in regards to another issue, and decided to contact eBay about this second issue. eBay issued me a full refund without my having to return the laptop to the seller. I felt rather bad about this (getting a laptop for free), so I contacted the seller, and was able to return the unit to them. The seller generously sent me another laptop, even though I had been fully refunded. Thank you.
