Come to find out the lighter had been tampered with prior to us buying it from the collector as the insert had been swapped out for a star brand insert. We had no way of knowing this. We sent the buyer a new zippo insert and a free bonus. This was an unfortunate incident that we had no way of knowing as the orange safety sticker was intact Issue has been resoved with the buyer we always take care of our customers
