The seller noticed a crack in a bowl when preparing it for shipment and notified my immediately offering a refund. I opted to accept the bowls anyway and the seller graciously worked out an alternative for me. All pieces were exactly as described with even one that surprised me! Unfortunately, I broke one of the pieces while washing but that was on me; not the seller.
