Once alerted to the situation, seller responded with alacrity and concern and promised to f/u. Eventually the delivery arrived and the items were packed soooo well and she even included a blade to help with the unpacking. All items arrived intact, no damage at all and this was all the way to Hawaii! Seller communicated with me from time to time to apologize for the delay and to keep in touch.
