Everything was very well packaged and protected, shipping was a minor issue however no one can plan for a giant snow storm to shut everything down. Items were described exactly as presented. The seller noticed a crack in a bowl when preparing it for shipment and notified my immediately offering a refund. I opted to accept the bowls anyway and the seller graciously worked out an alternative for me.
