The set was listed as "used," but for all intents and purposes it was new. The Blu-rays were still in their original shrink wrap. Everything was complete. There was only very minor cosmetic damage to the box. This was a great price for the item - significantly less than other sellers. Would do business w/ Mandarake again! Very reputable and reliable seller.

Item was also exactly as described, if not even better than described! It looks brand new, and I much appreciate that! Pricing was a bit high, but I think it's a good value. I've bought from this seller multiple times in the past, and I will continue to do so!
