I messaged them 3-4 times about the return and they never replied. After sending the item back, I confirmed it was delivered, but still heard nothing. I had to get eBay's customer service involved to move the refund forward.The seller's note in the package asking for a positive review was ironic given their zero-communication approach to customer service.
