I purchased an item from the seller and asked the shipping be delayed a couple days as I was going to be out of town and didn’t want it to sit on my porch. He created a shipping label and somehow the item was never sent and ultimately the seller’s site was closed down and out of operation, though he had been in business over a decade. Ebay was made aware of the situation and refunded all of my money so everything was resolved.

Order shipped out quickly however there was an issue with the post office handling of the item. The seller was quick to respond and went out of their way to make it right even though it was not any fault of theirs. Hope to be able to find another treasure from them in the future. Thank you!

The seller found my post on Reddit and informed me of it being put up for sale and I was immediately able to buy it. It was shipped very quickly and was wrapped very well and arrived safe and sound. It was in perfect condition and he was very happy to have the sentimental mug back in his possession as a father's day gift.
