The seller send the package in less than 2 days, it was packaged well & protected with several layers. It arrived in mint condition. The items themselves, Tea, PG Tips & Twining's have A very long expiry date and are sealed well. Even though the shipping companies/post offices took forever, the seller shipped swiftly & was very responsive when the order had not arrived. As you can see, I did get it in great condition. Wife said the chocolate is yummy.
