One of the 4 tubes was defective and not working (hopefully just blown my tranformer and not the amp!). He offered me a refund, based on the price of 1 tube. Not done yet, but will be done as he said. The shipping was fast, super safe package and very nice communication, I recommend this seller. (and as we say "shit happens" ;)
