However, for most of its fans, the grisly nature of the ECW is its draw. With more action and less drama than the WWF, ECW matches are clearly the ones to watch for the hardcore wrestling fan. This 1998 Pay-Per-View event in Dayton, Ohio ranks as one of the ECW's high points, an event filled with excellent matchups and a healthy number of grudge matches, making this HEATWAVE nothing short of a scorcher. Matches include FTW champion Taz vs. Bam Bam Bigelow, Champions Sabu & Rob Van Dam vs. Hayabusa & Jinsei Shinzaki, and many more.
