Items were stuffed into a tote and bent the portal base plates and other parts. I left positive feedback even tho it should have been neutral, seller also blocked me even tho I left positive feedback. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON. I included a free lego tote / hard carrying case (which not included in the original listing) I added as a bonus. Legos were shipped inside of the Lego tote for safe passage. The tote / hard case got slightly bent in shipping. I offered a full refund and a prepaid if he wanted to send the items back but, He refused.

When I messaged the seller to let them know what happened, they responded within minutes and had a tracking number for my missing part shortly thereafter. They got it in the mail promptly, and I had it within two days. I greatly appreciate the courtesy, professionalism, and speed with which the issue was resolved.
