Unfortunately the handling in shipment let me down even despite the seller's amazing packaging, including insulation foam, double packaging, and the styrofoam, and the fish was injured during shipment. I believe he even took the time to withhold food from the fish a day or two because there was no poop in the bag with them. Incredible! I have never received more vibrant, healthy looking fish in my life. And communication was excellent before, during, and after the purchase. I will be using them again in the future. My last three fish purchases ended with dead Fish, so I am so happy I found this supplier!
