The seller selected USPS Ground shipping (and charged me for it) but packaged my item in a Priority Mail box so the item was NOT delivered to me in time. I contacted the post office and after opening up a service request with them found that b/c a Priority box was used, the shipping was underpaid by $3.50. I had to travel to the local post office and pay this amount to have my package released.
