The seller was very quick to send out my package and was already in route later the same day of purchase. They were very quick to respond to my message and were very helpful with a few options on how to return the item without having to pay the shipping. They were in contact with me every step of the way. Am super pleased with their customer service. They went above and beyond my expectations.

However the delivery was terrible which is nothing to do with the seller or product. It was sent by two deliveries. 1st was perfect and followed instructions but the 2nd (which was extremely heavy) was put in house foyer but it slipped and lock me out of the house. I am disabled and it is very cold outside thankfully managed to find help and got access into my home after 45mins.
