  Item arrived damaged, contacted seller and received apology and reimbursement of partial cost (hose was fine but the funnel had split, so not easily usable). Better packaging would have helped prevent this damage, though as I couldn't find the missing piece within the bag, I suspect it left the factory in this condition. Communication with seller and delivery all good.

  The item took longer than expected to arrive , however this wasn't the fault of the seller, evri had the item in their possession the very next day , after the order was placed , evri kept saying it was out for delivery, then said it was delayed , tge item was as described and was exactly what I wanted , so left positive feedback as the delay was no fault of tge supplier.

  Significantly cheaper than alternative items, it remains to be seen how long these die nuts will last in an industrial setting. However the set cost less than half the price of a single item from the RS catalog and has done the job it was bought for without fault and is still in as new conditions, plus I have the rest of the set of future jobs. Arrived early and was well packaged, fantastic eBayer , highly recommended. A+
