It was packaged poorly and upon arrival the soil was all over the box. The pitchers were all dead with not even one in good shape. Though the communication with the seller was great and he was very responsive I feel he wasn't truthful. All in all he will be issuing a refund after having filed a dispute. I would not be purchasing from this seller again. I'm leaving a Nuetral review because I'd rather let buyers decide for themselves

It arrived in good condition and after I let it sit in water overnight it looked even better. Very good price and good quality item.

I ordered a 3ft fiddle leaf tree and what I received was a 1ft tall tiny plant with 3 leaves! I asked the seller to send me a photo of the actual plant before sending it (having read the reviews) but that was ignored. The seller accepted a return request but hasn’t provided me with returns label and ignored my messages. I have to raise it with eBay now. Save your time (and money) and don’t buy from this seller.
