I followed up with a 2nd email the next day and threatened a missing package claim, and received a response within a 1/2 hour saying it had already shipped. The next morning, the package was entry scanned at the post office. (???)It took two and a half weeks for the package to arrive, instead of the 4 days I was shown when I purchased the items. Items were in good shape however.
