When I messaged the seller to let them know what happened, they responded within minutes and had a tracking number for my missing part shortly thereafter. They got it in the mail promptly, and I had it within two days. I greatly appreciate the courtesy, professionalism, and speed with which the issue was resolved. A+++++

One of them was in perfect condition while the other arrived having issues. Reached out to the seller and they got back quickly and sent a replacement. When the replacement also didn’t work, I reached out and was able to return the broken one and the replacement and got my refund for one of the items very quickly.
