I never contacted her about the stain because people are so combative lately this feedback was my non-confrontational version of a compromise. But she immediately read my feedback and *utterly unprompted* refunded the entire purchase and then reached out with an incredibly kind and sincere apology for overlooking the stain before the shorts were sent out. FANTASTIC customer service and completely gracious when she had nothing to gain. Faith in humanity restored!!
