Our grandson loved the puzzle but after he put it together it was missing two pieces. This happens sometimes when you order a used product. I contacted the seller and they were so friendly and helpful. The refund was posted in my PayPal the next day. Great vendor that works with his customers. Thankfully, seller packaged it well and the only damage was the harp/socket.
