Grateful for the eBay guarantee, but mystified why a seller won’t message back if an item is unavailable after all. Things can happen, but simple communication goes a long way. Not a good eBay seller here.

A week after I purchased I messaged the seller; After a whole week of that, they never responded. Ended up filing an "item not recieved" case in order to finally get a refund because I knew the seller was never going to ship the item or respond to a cancelation attempt anyway. What a ripoff.
