    I’d recommend this vendor, have made a few purchases but this last one didn’t workout. The vendor gave me a refund without me asking for one. Item was well packaged, arrived safely was pretty much as described but didn’t perform. Would have been a great deal. Pleased with the outcome. Stay safe out there.

    I purchased this loco & a 2nd one from this seller. I had sent a msg. after I won the auctions for combined shipping. They both arrived in (1) box. te he seller never responded to my request? Its a beautiful 'war bonnet' mint condition w/original case. BTW, my shipping was $17.99=$18, .....

    Avoid this seller. Read other feedback-issues other customers have experienced. slow to ship. Item arrived well packaged but did have minor damage. Item not as described. Stated DCC was installed in this locomotive. It was not: it is DC only. Seller would not reply to messages. had to get eBay involved to get the seller to respond. Then seller sent overly aggressive and slightly threatening message, along with his begrudgingly accepting a return. decided to keep it and install DCC myself.

    The buyer requested a partial refund and threatened negative feedback if I didn’t agree, which he eventually left. I explained that I do not offer partial refunds. My policy is that if a customer is unhappy with an item, I will gladly accept a return, cover the return shipping, and issue a full refund including the original shipping cost. However, the buyer refused this resolution, as he wanted to keep the item and still receive a partial credit for something that was already noted in the item

    I did not threaten negative feedback. I messaged you several times over a few weeks and you didn't respond until I involved eBay. You did not accurately describe your item. And I want other buyers to know how you operate. Buyers, beware!
